Topaz Lodge, Topaz Lake

I had a wonderful stay at Super 8, where everything from the clean rooms to the friendly staff made my experience enjoyable. The view of the pool and lake was fantastic, and the restaurant served delicious food. On the flip side, I did hear some complaints from others about room conditions in different areas of the hotel, which could be concerning for future visits.

I appreciated the friendly atmosphere during our stay, especially during a difficult evacuation due to the Caldor Fire. The food was fantastic, but the hotel itself is in need of updates. Unfortunately, my initial experience was marred by issues in a different room, which left a sour taste despite the welcoming vibe from the staff.

The hotel has a warm atmosphere with friendly employees who are truly understanding, especially during stressful times. The food is fantastic, and the lake view is a lovely bonus. Unfortunately, the hotel itself could use some updates, and dining service left much to be desired. Overall, it's a decent value for evacuees, but there's definitely room for improvement.

My stay at this hotel was quite mixed.
